Visit wafid.com or contact your recruitment agency to generate your GAMCA slip online first. Without a valid GAMCA slip, we cannot process your medical examination.
Please bring ALL five items on the day of your medical examination. Originals are mandatory — photocopies alone are not accepted.

A printed GAMCA slip generated from the official Wafid portal (wafid.com). This slip is generated by your employer or recruitment agency and must be obtained BEFORE your visit.

Your original Meningitis vaccination card is mandatory — especially for Saudi Arabia (Hajj/Umrah/Work visa). The card must show the vaccine name, date administered, and stamp of the issuing hospital.

Bring one recent passport-size photograph sized exactly 2 × 2 inches (5 × 5 cm). The photo must meet standard requirements for official medical documentation.

Bring your 2×2 inch photograph (white background). Ensure your Meningitis vaccination card is original and within validity. Wear light-coloured clothing for the chest X-ray. Avoid eating 4–6 hours before blood tests for accurate results. Arrive early in the morning for faster processing.

GAMCA (Gulf Approved Medical Centers Association) is the body authorized by the GCC countries to approve medical centers for worker fitness examinations. The Wafid system is the official online platform that manages this process.
Before visiting our center, you or your recruitment agency must register you on the Wafid portal and generate a GAMCA slip. This slip is your authorization to get the medical done.
Your Gulf employer or Pakistani recruitment agency initiates the Wafid request on your behalf.
You receive a slip (printed or digital) with your reference number and selected medical center details.
Come to our center with the slip, original passport, and original CNIC. We complete your medical in one visit.
Your fitness certificate is directly uploaded to the Wafid portal — accessible by your employer for visa processing.
